In 5, 4-minute rounds, complete the following AMRAP. Rest 1 minute between rounds
40 wall ball sit-ups
30 wall balls
20 slam balls
10 slam ball step-ups (10 per leg)
Push hard! The goal here is to push that heart rate to a max, rest, then max, rest, repeat for 5 rounds.
