In teams of two, complete the following for time:
10 rope climbs
20 burpees
150′ farmers carry/plate carry (switch 2nd time)
20 burpees
80 pullups
20 burpees
80 wall balls
20 burpees
80 WB abmat situps
20 burpees
150′ carry (see above)
20 burpees
10 rope climbs
*Note 1: Each partner must complete a total of 30 OHS during the workout (135/95). Reps can be broken up and performed at the completion of any movement (for example, completing 5 reps after your first 20 burpees)
**Note 2: Work can be split as you want, except burpees and situps must be see-saw
