Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

in five 4-minute rounds, complete as many reps as possible of the following AMRAPs

Each rounds starts with a 200m run, and ends with a 60 second rest before starting the next round:

1: 10 KB swings/10 Goblet squats

2: 10 Ring rows/10 pushups

3: 10 situps/ 10 slam balls

4: 10 box step ups/10 burpees

5: 10 KB swings/10 goblet squats
