Ascending ladder (1/ea…2/ea…3/ea…up to 10/ea) of:

Rx: pushups, box jump overs, pullups, hang cleans (115/85)

Rx+: HSPU, box jump overs (30/24), pull-ups, hang cleans (135/95)

JS: pushups, box step ups, ring rows, Kb swings
