CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains.

The best thing about CrossFit is it never gets boring. In each class we have a Strength or Skill and then we have the Workout of the Day (WOD). These workouts are constantly varied, so unless we are retesting a workout to measure fitness growth, you probably won’t see the same one twice. Anyone can do CrossFit no matter how big or small or old or young you are. Our coaches are able to modify workouts according to each person’s fitness level. We take great pride in our coaches ability to scale each work out for each individual’s needs.



To get started at Agate Pass all athletes must complete a 2 week Fundamentals course. In 2 weeks you will learn all of the fundamental movements needed to safely and effectively perform CrossFit workouts of the day or formally known as the “WOD” in the CrossFit world .

Our Fundamentals class is designed to go over each movement in a slower and more detail oriented pace than a normal CrossFit class. This allows for more instructional time and personal attention by coaches in the critical initial learning phase. You will learn form/technique on all major lifts as well as some skill movements we regularly perform in class. You will also learn how to properly keep score, log your workouts and certain modifications you may need for various movements due to any personal limitations or injuries you may have.At the end of each class we will perform a short workout to slowly introduce you to the intensity we train at in CrossFit.

After the 2-week learning phase you then transfer into an unlimited membership for the next two weeks. You will be transitioned into regular classes and be able to attend at anytime you want for the rest of the month!

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

HIIT classes are high intensity, interval training classes that boost metabolism, promote weight loss and increase aerobic and anaerobic endurance. HIIT programming uses short bursts of intense work followed by a brief rest period. These workouts do not require any prior workout experience and can be modified for injuries, fitness level, or other needs. You will feel better and look better! You will preform a different workout everyday so you will never get bored. Each class is led by a coach who is there to inspire you and coach you to your personal best. Come try a class!
