*Rest 3 mins between rounds (If you only want to rest 1 minute like the 9 0clock and be crazy you can do that too 🙂 Make sure to post how many minutes you rested in case of a RETEST.
30 Min time cap. If you need to scale back reps by 5 or 10 reps each round to finish, do so.
