Nasty Girls (Time)

3 Rounds for time of:
50 Air Squats
7 Muscle-ups
10 Hang Power Cleans, 135# / 95#
Scaled muscle ups are 3:1 Dips and C2B or pull ups

200 Doubles (Time)

Complete 200 Double Unders for time
Once you have completed Nasty Girls look and the clock rest for two minutes then go straight into your 200 doubles and yell time once complete.

*if you don’t have your doubles, go for double under attempts.

We will keep you safe with small classes, temperatures taken before entering the gym, washing hands, masks required while moving thru the gym, large doors open for ventilation, assigned workout stations, stringent disinfection regime and all classes led by coaches to insure your safety and social distancing.
