Squat cleans should be HEAVY!!!! 1-2 at a time max in a row if you are not doing Rx. Remember – we are focusing on building our cleans, so challenge yourself and challenge your strength when you’re tired. Burpee, then full box jump with full extension at the top.

We will keep you safe with small classes, temperatures taken before entering the gym, washing hands, masks required while moving thru the gym, large doors open for ventilation, assigned workout stations, stringent disinfection regime and all classes led by coaches to insure your safety and social distancing.
