You will have 1 minute at each station to preform as many reps as possible. You will get one minute rest at the end of each cycle and repeat three times.

Your score will be total amount of reps completed after 3 rounds.

This will be retested at the end of the 8 weeks to see your improvement.

We will keep you safe with small classes, temperatures taken before entering the gym, washing hands, masks required while moving thru the gym, large doors open for ventilation, assigned workout stations, stringent disinfection regime and all classes led by coaches to insure your safety and social distancing.
