24 Renegade rows w/DB

24 Russian twists w/DB

24 Dumbbell Push Press

CASH OUT:

17 burpees

76 double unders

Each partner will perform all 24 reps except ROW and CASH OUT which can be split between partners anyway you want. You can break up the reps anyway you want, but you cannot move onto next movement until both partners have completed all 24 reps.
