1 mile Run (5 Laps)
Reps can be broken up how you would like.
For example 15 Wall balls 200 meter run *repeat
or 400m Run and 30. however you would like but run must be at least a 200. You just must complete all work any order you see fit.
Work on your goat or goats (what you struggle with or want to improve)
