150 wall balls 20/14

1 mile Run (5 Laps)

Reps can be broken up how you would like.
For example 15 Wall balls 200 meter run *repeat

or 400m Run and 30. however you would like but run must be at least a 200. You just must complete all work any order you see fit.

Goat work

Work on your goat or goats (what you struggle with or want to improve)

Agate Pass Fitness is now open and following strict covid protocol. We will keep you safe with small classes, temperatures taken before entering the gym, washing hands, masks required while moving thru the gym, large doors open for ventilation, assigned workout stations, stringent disinfection regime and all classes led by coaches to insure your safety and social distancing.
