Row – 750 Meters
partner hold front rack position (215/145)
then
50 – Burpees
Partner holds weight overhead (135/95)
then
50 – Thrusters
Partner holds at the bottom of a dip
*Both partners must complete each round AKA do all the reps. so for instance if im working out with frannie. She must Row 750 and I must row 750, She must do 50 Burpees and I must do 50 Burpees. that goes for the thrusters too. Here is the thing. Once your partner drops there static hold you must then switch! Now you are holding and they are wroking.
