CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains.

The best thing about CrossFit is it never gets boring. In each class we have a Strength or Skill and then we have the Workout of the Day (WOD). These workouts are constantly varied, so unless we are retesting a workout to measure fitness growth, you probably won’t see the same one twice. Anyone can do CrossFit no matter how big or small or old or young you are. Our coaches are able to modify workouts according to each person’s fitness level. We take great pride in our coaches ability to scale each work out for each individual’s needs.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

HIIT classes are high intensity, interval training classes that boost metabolism, promote weight loss and increase aerobic and anaerobic endurance. HIIT programming uses short bursts of intense work followed by a brief rest period. These workouts do not require any prior workout experience and can be modified for injuries, fitness level, or other needs. You will feel better and look better! You will preform a different workout everyday so you will never get bored. Each class is led by a coach who is there to inspire you and coach you to your personal best. Come try a class!
