Begin each movement with a 400 meter run (together)

– 60ea Slam Balls/partner holds 1 plate in each hand from the top (35/25)

– 50ea Alternating WB (only squat with the ball) 20/14

– 40ea Alternating Burpee Jumping Pull-ups

– 30ea Alternating Box Jump overs 24/20

– 20ea Single Arm Alternating KB Swings 53/35 (Russian)

– 10 (50′) Bear Crawl and Farmer Carry (together) 70/53
