WELCOME TO AGATE PASS CROSSFIT
To get started at Agate Pass all athletes must complete an Introduction course. You will learn all of the fundamental movements needed to safely and effectively perform CrossFit workouts of the day or formally known as the “WOD” in the CrossFit world . Our Introduction class is designed to go over each movement in a slower and more detail oriented pace than a normal CrossFit class.
This allows for more instructional time and personal attention by coaches in the critical initial learning phase. You will learn form/technique on all major lifts as well as some skill movements we regularly perform in class. You will also learn how to properly keep score, log your workouts and certain modifications you may need for various movements due to any personal limitations or injuries you may have.
